The Largest “Kostanay Dala Festivaly”
to Take Place in Kostanay Region
KOSTANAY, Kazakhstan – From July 30 to August 1, 2026, the demonstration fields of “Qazaq Tulpary” LLP (Osinovka village) will host a large-scale industry event – the “Kostanay Dala Festival” Agri-Festival. The event will bring together advanced agricultural technologies, the region’s investment potential, and the rich cultural and historical heritage of the Kostanay steppe.
The festival will feature five thematic areas covering all key sectors of the region’s economic, social, and cultural life.
- Innovation and Business: “Jańa Dala / Green Day ‘2026”
The central event of the festival will be the Kazakhstan Field Day. Visitors will see modern agricultural machinery in operation, as well as the achievements of experimental stations and seed-growing farms. A key highlight of this section will be exhibitions of major investment projects in the region’s agro-industrial sector and an agricultural livestock auction. Within the framework of the “One Village – One Product” initiative, small businesses will showcase unique locally produced goods.
- Industry Pavilions: From Processing to Tourism
To ensure maximum visibility and engagement, the festival will feature a range of specialized pavilions:
- Oil and Flour Pavilion: a unified platform for grain and oilseed processing companies.
- Government Support Pavilion: consultations and presentations from development institutions and financing organizations.
- Tourism Pavilion: presentations of the region’s health resorts, recreation centers, and nature reserves.
- Professional Dialogue and Digital Transformation
The business program includes the 2nd Republican Forum of Veterinary Specialists from the northern regions of Kazakhstan, as well as a conference dedicated to the implementation of artificial intelligence and automation technologies in agriculture.
- The Future of the Industry: Education and Youth
The festival will host professional skills competitions among college students. Prospective students and their parents will have the opportunity to explore the educational programs offered by the country’s leading agricultural universities and colleges.
- Spiritual Heritage and Celebration
A special place in the program is dedicated to events marking the 185th anniversary of Ibray Altynsarin. Guests will also enjoy demonstration performances in traditional national sports, performances by distinguished artists, and a grand concert featuring stars of the Kazakh music scene.
